FAQ’s

-Legal identification, such as a passport, EAD card, or driver’s license. Expired identifications are acceptable for the medical exam.

-Immunizations records, if any. Please try to contact your school or any clinic where you may have done vaccinations to request the records.

-We will fill out the form I-693 when you come for your appointment:
